We are a team of experienced and passionate conflict resolvers, facilitators, and coaches, dedicated to spreading conflict resolution skills. We’re committed to helping leaders better resolve conflict, through becoming more present and curious, and better at listening, supporting self-determination, and creating psychological safety. 

We live and breathe this work in our own lives, and have watched ourselves and each other transform our own relationships by being more able to see things from others’ perspectives and stay neutral. 

From empowerment in work partnerships to deeper connections with team mates, we’ve all seen how hugely impactful and immediately applicable this work is.

Tish Robinson, Ph.D., helps teams through conflict and can teach you how to lead your team through conflict as well. Dr. Robinson has taught conflict resolution at Stanford University in the US and in Japan at Hitotsubashi University’s MBA program and Keio Business School’s EMBA Program for over a decade, as well as for clients such as: 3M, Berlitz, Goldman Sachs, Mitsui Trading, Mizuho Financial Group, Nikkei Newspaper, SMBC Mitsui Sumitomo Bank, Bank of Scotland, Yamaha Music, and Yamaha Motors, among others.

Dr. Robinson earned her Ph.D. and MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Master’s degree in conflict facilitation, and mediator credentials in Australia and the U.S..
